Tegan's Bike

I received my bike that I got for Christmas in America. It had to ride on a boat a long time to get to me here in Japan. I absolutely love it! I say "Oh pickles, baby fall down" when my baby falls out of her baby seat behind me (my blankie is getting a ride this turn). I'm still learning how to pedal, I'm getting better with every bike ride from my room to the play room.
........... ....Mommy had on her glasses, so I had to wear mine too!

Cut and Glue

My friend gave me some practice scissors so I can learn how to cut paper before preschool this fall. I always like to cut and glue after my bath. It has become part of my evening ritual. You never know I might just make your next 'Happy Birthday' card.

New Friends!!

We met these friends Miyu and Ayase at the mall play area. They loved the macaroni and cheese. Their moms liked the chicken casserole. It was the first time to try these foods for them!

Swimming Buddies!

We had part of our swimming class over for quesadillas, nachos and Mexican dip. It was a lot of fun. Tegan was willing to share everything BUT her blanket.

Strawberries!

We went strawberry pickin'. It works a little differently here in Japan. You pay about $10 per person to go into a greenhouse and eat as many strawberries as you want. If you want to take any home, then you can purchase those after you return from the greenhouse. However, it is so worth buying more. These strawberries are the sweetest I've ever tasted. This is Tegan and her friend, Colleen. They are such little buddies! The other picture are friends from Tegan's swim class.

Tegan's Photo Gallery

Tegan is quite the photographer!

Dance, Dance, Dance

I love dancing with Mommy and Da-Da. This time we got to dance with the music from the computer. It was sooooooo much fun!

My new jewelry

Mommy and I went to the hyaku-en shop (the dollar tree, everything's a dollar) and I picked out some new jewelry for myself. Mommy said I am big enough to wear earrings now and I was so happy because I can wear earrings like Mommy. I wanted to wear them everywhere the first day I got them, so here I am at the park with my earrings on!

Hollywood, Here I Come!

I've recently decided I enjoy playing 'dress up'. Usually Mommy or Da-Da join me. My favorite thing to do is clomp around the apartment in my purple fuzzie Barbie high heels. I'm sure our downstairs neighbors love it, too!
